Multimedia CD Evaluations
Drawing on the ideas and arguments of Anne Wysocki’s article, “Impossibly Distinct,” that you read for class, please do the following evaluation of two CDs. Working with a partner, spend 20 minutes or so exploring what each has to offer. Pay particular attention to the ways in which the CDs guide your experience through words, images, arrangement, and the kinds of interaction that are possible. These one to two page typed responses are due in class on Wednesday, April 10th.

• Who is the audience for this CD? How will they benefit from the experience of using it?
  
  
• How would you describe the structure of this project
  
  
• How are color, images, type and layout used to persuade or appeal to you?
  
  
• What kinds of interactions are possible and in what ways do these appeal to you?
  
  
• What underlying arguments does this piece of multimedia present about how you should think of or use its subject? Give a specific example to support your claim.
