Response to Wendell Berry (Word Project Part 2)

In this part of the assignment I am asking you to write up a response to the article you just reformatted. You will have to read the article carefully, and then write at least a full page.

  1. Open a new document in Word. Do this by choosing "New" from the File menu.
  2. Write a 250 word (at least) response to the article, considering one of the following questions:
  1. Format your words (choose font and spacing) to make your page readable. Be sure your response has your name, the date, and a title.
  2. Save your document to your Home directory (if you are working on the Macintosh) or your H: drive (if you are working on a Windows machine).

TURNING IN PART 2- Response to Wendell Berry
Save a copy of this file in the Groups drive appropriate turnin folder. This is where I will see your paper, and give it points
To save to the Groups directory, follow these steps:

  1. Choose "Save As" from the file menu; a dialog box will appear (similar to the "Save" dialog box).

In this dialog box, click the "Desktop" button to see a listing of all the directories you have logged on to. Double-click "Groups", then double-click "Classes", then double-click "HU2644", then double click "MacTurnIn" folder. In this folder, you should already have your own turn-in folder created, named with your userid.

In this dialog box, click the G: drive under the pull-down menu labeled "drive:", then double-click the "Classes" directory, then double-click "HU2644", then double click "PcTurnIn" folder. In this folder, you should already have your own turn-in folder created, named with your userid.

  2. Before you click "Save", type in a new name for your article: name it "Response", then select a suitable folder (e.g."jasheppa/word/" ) to store it.

    Now click "Save."
